This class focuses on strengthening the core and is achieved with the use of stability balls and weights. In addition, you will sculpt and tone every inch of your body using light weights, high reps and resistance while and low impact exercises to your favorite tunes!

An easy to follow, high-energy, low-impact class that combines the body sculpting and muscle toning moves of ice skating with exciting clubt beats and sounds, all while learning how to skate and glide on or off the ice!

Muscle Tone & Body Sculpt ("BAWLZ" & Sculpt)

Sculpt and tone every inch of your body using light weights, stability balls, high reps and resistance while combining martial arts, kick boxing, and low impact exercises to your favorite tunes! Although, this class is high-energy it is easy to follow.

Energizing Yoga for beginning to advanced levels. An invigorating workout, to maximize your potential, set to a variety of music. The practice of movement following the breathe is essential. Open your body, build strength and flexibility while remaining calm and peaceful.

Zumba Fusion

Come join the fun with a fusion of cardio and Zumba! This is an easy to follow cardio dance class focusing on the core while burning calories galore! Inspired by the rhythm of Latin music, you will work those hips, abs and thighs with fun dance moves for 1 hour straight! You will be elated by the results of such an extreme workout.

"ENERGIE" Bootcamp

A fun and challenging workout for all fitness levels that combines intense cardiovascular activities (running, lunging, plyometrics) and muscle conditioning in true bootcamp fashion.

Anything GOES! Take your CardioKick workout to the next level! This class is 90 straight minutes of high-energy, continual fat burning exercises. You will burn calories and build your stamina while you jam to your favorite music!!!
