Come to Jonathan for all of your fitness needs! Jonathan was a nationally-ranked figure skater and professional ice skater. A Fitness Specialist and Trainer to the stars, Jonathan was born in Chicago, IL and graduated from the Boston College School of Management with a degee in Marketing.
Combining his background in ice skating, boxing, and the martial arts, Jonathan went on to become one of Los Angeles's top trainers and fitness instructors. Certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), his list of past teaching experience and consultation is varied and endless:
Jonathan went on to start his own fitness center, "DePaz Health & Fitness," on Calamigos Ranch in the Santa Monica Mountains, four years ago. Consequently, Jonathan has a huge clientele base in the L.A. area, specifically the Conejo Valley area, where upwards of 600-800 clients benefit from the services that his team of trained intructors/trainers and he provide. Men, women, and children alike, from 14-72, have taken classes and trained with Jonathan themselves, and he continues to be one of the most sought-after fitness specialists in the nation.
